Associate Customer Success Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Customer Success Manager to drive success for clients in eCommerce advertising.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers in connecting their Amazon and Walmart accounts to the platform
• Lead kickoff calls with new customers to understand their goals and campaign structures
• Conduct quarterly check-ins with customers to review performance and provide insights

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or product onboarding roles
• Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, particularly Amazon and Walmart
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
