Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor and maintain relationships with customers through various communication methods
- Understand customer use cases, stakeholders, and requirements to enhance product offerings
- Develop expertise in products and services to enable customers to make informed decisions regarding threats
Required Qualifications
- Experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a tech-driven environment
- Baseline understanding of Cyber Threat Intelligence and cybersecurity operations
- Familiarity with the intelligence community or military intelligence is preferred
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
