Associate Customer Success Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Customer Success Manager to support advertiser and agency partners in maximizing the value of audience solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for assigned accounts, guiding clients through the full lifecycle
• Conduct client sessions, providing data-driven recommendations and insights to enhance ROI
• Collaborate with internal teams to translate client requests into audience requirements and ensure effective activation

Required Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in customer success, account management, or ad operations
• Understanding of the programmatic ecosystem, including DSPs and audience activation
• Proficiency in CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with Excel/Sheets for data analysis
