Job Summary

Managing a high-volume portfolio of small business customers, the full-time Associate Customer Success Manager will serve as the primary post-sale contact, driving product adoption and retention while executing SOCi's customer engagement model onsite in Manila, Philippines.

Key responsibilities
  • Managing customer relationships and serving as the primary point of contact for all customer needs and escalations
  • Executing customer engagement strategies, including outreach, success planning, and monitoring customer health signals
  • Coordinating retention activities and partnering with Sales on renewal negotiations and identifying expansion opportunities
Required qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in customer-facing roles such as Customer Success, Account Management, or Support
  • Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic understanding of SaaS business models or technology platforms
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer health tools is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
