Job Summary
Supporting the Strategic Business Segment, the full-time remote Associate Customer Success Manager will manage onboarding, campaign strategy, and performance reporting for high-value brands across Amazon and Walmart, driving customer growth and operational excellence.
Key responsibilities
- Support onboarding and activation of customers by ensuring seamless integration of their Amazon and Walmart accounts
- Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to develop structured campaign strategies aligned with customer goals and KPIs
- Monitor performance metrics and deliver insights through dashboards and business reviews to drive measurable outcomes
Required qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in customer success, account management, or digital advertising, preferably in eCommerce or ad tech
- Foundational understanding of Amazon and Walmart advertising ecosystems, including campaign structure and performance metrics
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and provide actionable recommendations
- Highly organized with the capability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Clear communicator, able to engage effectively with internal stakeholders and customer teams
