Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Customer Support Engineer.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to customers for all products offered by the company
  • Monitor performance of network devices and communicate with customers to resolve issues
  • Document customer interactions, troubleshoot network connectivity, and identify trends for improvement

Required Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service or technical support roles
  • Experience managing external vendors or clients
  • CCENT Certification is a plus
  • Experience with network protocols and provisioning services
  • Demonstrated passion for customer service and dedication to prompt support
