Job Summary

  • Answer customer inquiries and troubleshoot software application problems via phone, email, and chat
  • Triage and document customer issues and escalate when necessary
  • Provide efficient and professional customer service

Qualifications:
  • 1+ year of customer service experience
  • Experience supporting browser-based software applications
  • Ability to prioritize customer needs and multitask
  • Experience with personal computers and Microsoft applications
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred)
