Associate Data Analyst

Job Summary

To support healthcare claims analysis and reimbursement strategies, the full-time remote Associate Data Analyst will assist in analyzing medical and pharmacy claims data, summarize reimbursement models, and build financial models under the guidance of experienced teammates.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in analyzing medical and pharmacy claims data to identify trends and optimization opportunities
• Support provider contracting by summarizing data on reimbursement models and pricing structures
• Build and maintain reports and dashboards using SQL, Power BI, or Tableau to visualize key business metrics

Required qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in healthcare claims analysis or related field; internship or academic project experience welcome
• Basic familiarity with Medicare and commercial payer reimbursement concepts
• Working knowledge of SQL for data querying; familiarity with Python or R is a plus
• Experience or interest in leveraging AI tools to automate workflows
• Any exposure to contract negotiations or provider relations is a plus
