Associate Data Engineer

Job Summary

To support a growing data team, the full-time Associate Data Engineer will drive complex projects, develop scalable ETL pipelines, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Complete data integration and build scalable ETL pipelines
• Collaborate with business partners on data and reporting requests
• Develop and maintain documentation for data integration and ETL solutions

Required qualifications

• Proficiency in Azure Data Services (Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure SQL Database, Azure Data Lake Storage)
• Experience with pySpark/SparkSQL and Delta Tables
• Understanding of Medallion Architecture and Data Lake best practices
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies
• Knowledge of data security and compliance standards
