Associate Data Manager

Job Summary

Supporting the Clinical Data Sciences group, the full-time Associate Data Manager will manage data review and query management for clinical studies, ensuring high-quality data integrity in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in data review and query management, assisting with the design and implementation of clinical data collection tools
• Ensure compliance with applicable SOPs and maintain high-quality documentation in the Trial Master File
• Collaborate with the Data Manager on data acquisition, proactive review, query management, and metrics reporting

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; Health Sciences or Technology degree preferred
• 0 - 2 years of Data Management experience required
• Strong understanding of clinical development and regulatory authorities (e.g., FDA, Health Canada)
• Ability to learn clinical data management processes and technical data systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with data visualization tools preferred
