Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Data Operations Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain EDI of Pharmacy benefits data, including error log reviews and issue resolution
• Ensure the protection of sensitive member-related data while supporting manual updates and new data export set-ups
• Create and manage cases for issue tracking and documentation, while identifying and supporting process improvements

Required Qualifications

• Associate's degree or 1 year of related experience
• Possess analytical and critical thinking skills
• Ability to identify process improvements
• Strong technical aptitude and proficiency with MS Office
• Proven ability to handle multiple and competing priorities
