Associate Data QA Engineer

Job Summary

Joining a dynamic team, the remote Associate Data QA Engineer will validate, analyze, and deliver high-quality client data outputs while building foundational skills in data engineering, data quality, and SQL in a full-time capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with clients and implementation teams to understand data distribution needs and expected outputs
• Perform data analysis, data mapping, and validation of client deliverables
• Build and maintain data extract scripts with guidance from senior engineers; troubleshoot and improve performance

Required qualifications

• Interest in healthcare data and understanding data movement through pipelines and platforms
• Ability to write SQL queries for analysis, profiling, validation, and basic performance tuning
• Analytical mindset and willingness to learn new tools and approaches
• Clear communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
