Associate Data Scientist

Job Summary

To support a growing Data Science team, the full-time Associate Data Scientist will define business problems, analyze data, and drive actionable insights across various business units in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Define relevant business questions and ensure clarity before conducting analyses
• Build reports, run analyses, and design experiments to surface data insights that influence key metrics
• Communicate analytical findings and recommendations to stakeholders to drive informed decision-making

Required qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience in a consulting firm, investment bank, or high-growth technology company
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL or Python
• Proven track record of managing ambiguous analytical problems and achieving business outcomes
• Ability to communicate complex findings clearly and persuasively to leadership
• First principles thinker with a proactive ownership mentality
