Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Dean, MS Nurse Practitioner Programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintains quality and integrity of the program curriculum
• Engages in faculty recruitment, orientation, development, mentoring, and evaluation
• Collaborates with other departments to ensure coordination and consistency of outcomes across programs

Required Qualifications:

• DNP or PhD in Nursing or closely related field with a Master's in Nursing from an accredited institution
• Holds an active, unencumbered RN and APRN licenses in good standing
• Certification as Nurse Practitioner and APRN license required with specialty area related to the College's nurse practitioner degree programs
• Three (3) years of teaching experience, distance learning/online experience preferred
• Candidates should possess a significant record of intellectual and professional contributions to the field of nursing, including clinical practice experience as a nurse practitioner
