Associate Dean of Academic Effectiveness

Job Summary

Supporting the online Global Campus, the full-time remote Associate Dean of Academic Effectiveness will lead operational projects, manage adjunct faculty, and enhance the faculty and student experience through data-informed strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Promote learner and faculty success through data-informed decision-making and project oversight
• Manage and engage adjunct faculty to ensure programmatic success and achievement of institutional benchmarks
• Collaborate across departments to optimize faculty experience and support program growth

Required qualifications

• Master's degree
• 2+ years of progressive experience in higher education administration
• 1+ years of experience in mentoring or coaching others
• Experience using data to guide decision-making
• Broad knowledge of various areas within higher education institutions
