Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Dean (Remote).

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for academic programs, ensuring quality and compliance
• Oversee doctoral education and applied research, including dissertation processes and student progression
• Lead curriculum development and instructional quality while fostering faculty mentorship and collaboration

Required Qualifications:

• Earned doctorate in a relevant discipline from an accredited institution
• Minimum five (5) years of progressive experience in higher education leadership
• Qualified for appointment at the rank of Associate Professor or higher
• Experience leading doctoral programs
• Knowledge of accreditation standards and regulatory compliance requirements
