Key Responsibilities

• Oversee curriculum development, implementation, and accreditation compliance
• Manage faculty recruitment, performance evaluation, and professional development
• Coordinate academic program operations and maintain communication across departments

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business or relevant discipline from an accredited university
• Minimum of five years of online teaching experience in higher education
• At least three years of experience in online program and course development
• Three years of experience in administration of online higher education programs
• Experience working with non-traditional and adult learners
