Associate Dean of Education

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Dean of Education - Computer Information Systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage hiring, training, and mentoring of faculty for the Computer Information Systems program
• Ensure overall program success by monitoring graduation rates, retention rates, and compliance with accreditation
• Develop and maintain curriculum that meets academic and industry standards

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree preferred; Bachelor's degree required in a related field
• 2-3 years of management experience in a higher education setting
• At least 2 years of teaching experience
• Curriculum development experience required
• Current certifications in relevant subjects preferred
