Key Responsibilities

• Oversee curriculum development, implementation, and compliance with accreditation standards
• Manage faculty recruitment, performance evaluation, and professional development

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in education or a closely related field; terminal degree preferred
• Minimum of five years of online teaching experience in higher education
• At least three years of experience in online program and course development
• Minimum of three years of administrative experience in online higher education programs
• Experience working with non-traditional and adult learners
