Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant discipline; Doctorate preferred
• Minimum of five years of online teaching experience in higher education
• At least three years of experience in online program and course development
• Three years of administrative experience in online higher education programs
• Experience working with non-traditional and adult learners
