Associate Delivery Manager

Job Summary

Supporting project execution in a customer-facing role, the full-time Associate Delivery Manager will manage specific workstreams, facilitate meetings, and maintain relationships with stakeholders while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Support end-to-end engagement execution including status reporting, meeting facilitation, and risk tracking
• Build and maintain working relationships with customer stakeholders and third-party partners
• Contribute to delivery methodology improvements and assist in account renewal and expansion efforts

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in consulting, professional services, or project coordination, preferably in a federal or public sector environment
• Demonstrated ability to manage tasks and workstreams within larger projects
• Working knowledge of Professional Services Automation (PSA) tools
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; PMP or Scrum certification is a plus
• Familiarity with US federal delivery environments or government contracting constructs is advantageous
