Job Summary
Seeking a highly conceptual and visually sophisticated Associate Design Director, the full-time contract role will lead the visual development of integrated creative projects remotely from Mexico City, ensuring compelling design across brand identities, campaigns, and digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the visual development and execution of integrated creative projects from concept through delivery
- Develop brand identities, design systems, campaign toolkits, and digital experiences
- Translate creative concepts and strategic insights into clear, compelling visual directions
Required Qualifications
- Approximately 7+ years of experience in design, branding, advertising, or a related creative field
- A strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional visual craft and experience building cohesive design systems
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
- Professional fluency in English and Spanish is strongly preferred
- Experience leading design across multiple channels, including brand, campaign, and digital work
