Associate Designer

Job Summary

Supporting the design and development of fleece and lounge apparel, the full-time remote Associate Designer will assist in creating trend-right, commercially successful products while collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing vendor communications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the team in taking product from initial concept through to production, including tech pack creation and updates post-fitting
• Assist with sketching new styles and silhouettes for upcoming seasons
• Maintain day-to-day vendor communication and help execute necessary updates in a timely manner

Required Qualifications:

• 4-5+ years of apparel design experience, preferably within fast-fashion or contemporary brands
• Strong understanding of the female customer and current fashion trends
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, along with strong sketching skills
• Ability to conduct competitive research and trend forecasting
• Portfolio required showcasing design range and sketching ability
