Associate Designer

Job Summary

To support a growing design agency, the full-time Associate Designer will lead visual execution across various media, develop scalable brand systems, and create polished, production-ready assets while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead design execution across brand, web, decks, social, and paid media
• Build and maintain scalable brand systems, style guides, and component libraries in Figma
• Create internal marketing assets including case studies, decks, and visual narratives

Required qualifications

• 3-5+ years of professional design experience (agency, in-house, or freelance)
• Advanced fluency in Figma, including components and responsive systems
• Strong foundation in typography, layout, color, and digital-first design
• Ability to translate brand strategy into clean, compelling visual systems
• Fluency with AI-assisted design workflows (Midjourney or similar)
