Associate Digital Asset Manager

Job Summary

Associate Digital Asset Manager, is a remote, 6-month contract position focused on migrating assets into the Digital Asset Management system while managing multiple projects and ensuring adherence to governance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and support digital assets for the digital asset management system and various marketing channels
• Review, approve, and upload marketing assets, ensuring compliance with DAM governance
• Conduct audits of digital assets to ensure accurate organization and adherence to metadata standards

Required Qualifications

• 3-4 years of experience with digital asset management systems or related experience
• Working knowledge of enterprise digital asset management (DAM) software
• Familiarity with metadata for tagging images and cataloging taxonomy
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and various file formats
• Bachelor's Degree
