Job Summary
A company is looking for an Associate Digital Success Manager to execute a scaled success strategy that maximizes value for customers post-sale.
Key Responsibilities
- Automate the creation of presentation decks aligned with the go-to-market strategy
- Collaborate with post-sales teams to understand enterprise customer needs and challenges
- Leverage product usage data to inform content decisions and optimize customer engagement
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of industry experience; 2+ years in a related role
- Experience in building enterprise SaaS adoption programs is desired
- Knowledge of Salesforce.com, Gainsight, Pendo, Tableau, etc
- Experience with deck-automation tools like Matik is a plus
- Knowledge in identity, security, access management, and developer-facing products
