Job Summary
Managing national and local accounts, the full-time Associate Director will ensure accurate financial information flow, oversee compliance with budgets, and coordinate property management operations remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Provide leadership and proactive customer service for account management while maintaining communication with clients and tenants
- Participate in the preparation and revision of annual budgets, ensuring compliance with client-approved budgets and managing property tax administration
- Coordinate construction projects and oversee property management staff, including conducting performance evaluations and career discussions
Required qualifications
- Proven experience in managing accounts and financial operations within property management
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on customer/client relations
- Ability to analyze financial data and make informed recommendations
