Job Summary

To support AJC's advocacy efforts, the full-time salaried Associate Director will plan and manage departmental strategies, engage with influential stakeholders, and develop outreach programs while working onsite in San Francisco.

Key responsibilities
  • Contribute to the development and execution of the department's strategy, goals, and action plans
  • Develop and manage advocacy and outreach programs, initiatives, and events
  • Create reports and analyze programmatic activities, metrics, and impact
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, demonstrating intermediate leadership skills
  • Strong managerial skills and a commitment to AJC's core values
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite applications, and Zoom
  • Ability to work outside standard hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
