Job Summary
To support AJC's advocacy efforts, the full-time salaried Associate Director will plan and manage departmental strategies, engage with influential stakeholders, and develop outreach programs while working onsite in San Francisco.
Key responsibilities
- Contribute to the development and execution of the department's strategy, goals, and action plans
- Develop and manage advocacy and outreach programs, initiatives, and events
- Create reports and analyze programmatic activities, metrics, and impact
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, demonstrating intermediate leadership skills
- Strong managerial skills and a commitment to AJC's core values
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite applications, and Zoom
- Ability to work outside standard hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
