Associate Director

Job Summary

Providing strategic oversight for a portfolio of online programs, the full-time Associate Director will manage a team focused on operational excellence, resource optimization, and continuous improvement in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee program delivery operations and manage key success metrics to align with university partner expectations
• Lead and develop a team of program delivery managers and specialists while fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence
• Design and implement data-driven automation solutions to improve efficiency and enhance the learner experience

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
• 7+ years of experience in program delivery or online learning, including at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Proven track record of managing high-performing teams and delivering for executive-level audiences
• Strong operational discipline with the ability to oversee multiple complex programs simultaneously
• Fluency with data to drive decisions and improve performance across a portfolio
