Job Summary

To provide leadership and strategic oversight for a portfolio of online programs, the full-time Associate Director will manage a team focused on program delivery, operational excellence, and continuous process improvement in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee program delivery operations and key success metrics, ensuring alignment with university partner expectations
• Lead and develop a team of Senior Program Delivery Managers and Delivery Specialists, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration
• Design and implement data-driven automation solutions to enhance efficiency and streamline program execution

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
• 7+ years of experience in program delivery or online learning, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Proven experience in managing high-performing teams and delivering for executive-level audiences
• Strong operational discipline with the ability to oversee multiple complex programs simultaneously
• Fluency with data to drive decisions and improve performance across a portfolio
