Job Summary

Providing leadership and strategic oversight for a portfolio of online programs, the full-time Associate Director will manage a team to ensure exceptional program execution and learner experience while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee program delivery operations and key success metrics, ensuring alignment with university partner expectations
• Lead and develop a team of program delivery professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
• Design and implement data-driven automation solutions and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
• 7+ years of experience in program delivery, EdTech, or online learning, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Proven track record of building and managing high-performing teams
• Experience delivering programs for executive-level audiences
• Strong operational discipline with the ability to manage multiple complex programs simultaneously
