Job Summary
To support business development initiatives, the full-time Associate Director will serve as a strategic bridge between Japanese clients and offshore delivery teams in India, focusing on business analysis, program management, and account growth.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Japanese clients and key stakeholders while identifying new business opportunities
- Conduct workshops to gather requirements and translate business needs into clear specifications for offshore teams
- Manage project delivery and coordinate activities between client teams in Japan and delivery teams in India

- Native proficiency in Japanese and strong English skills
