Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director, Account Management who will oversee client satisfaction and management of accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee, develop, and implement day-to-day account delivery in collaboration with senior leadership and account teams
  • Build long-term client relationships by understanding their business needs and positioning the company as a strategic partner
  • Drive operational excellence and innovative thinking within the account team while supporting project execution and training junior members


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Minimum of 4 years' experience as an Account Director or Senior Account Manager in medical education and communications
  • Experience navigating a matrix organization and working with various stakeholders
  • Familiarity with the Medical, Legal, and Regulatory (MLR) review process
  • Proficiency in project management software and web-based document sharing tools
