Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Associate Director, Advertising (DSP).

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, organize, and manage display advertising campaigns on various platforms
Analyze campaign performance and provide strategic recommendations
Act as a liaison between external partners and clients, while guiding customers on e-commerce advertising

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, Economics, or related field
5+ years of professional work experience
3+ years of experience running paid media, specifically Amazon Advertising
Experience managing Amazon DSP campaigns and using Amazon Marketing Cloud for analysis
Proven track record of retaining and renewing Enterprise customers in the SaaS space
