Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director, Commercial AI Tech Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide data science expertise for AI and advanced analytics solutions in commercial use cases
• Evaluate the technical quality of AI solutions and support technical assessments for build versus buy options
• Partner with stakeholders to define success metrics and ensure AI solutions deliver measurable value

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field; advanced degree preferred
• Solid understanding of machine learning techniques and model evaluation
• Experience in regulated environments with knowledge of privacy and compliance requirements
• Experience working with commercial data sources such as CRM and digital engagement data
• Experience evaluating third-party AI solutions compared to internally developed approaches
