Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director, Analytics & Insights, Epilepsy & Movement Disorders.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and advance the analytics vision and operating approach for the Therapeutic Area
• Lead the integration of secondary data sources to develop a unified view of patient journeys and treatment patterns
• Design and execute primary market research to address strategic and tactical business questions

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative, scientific, or business discipline; advanced degree preferred
• 6+ years of experience in commercial analytics, insights, strategy, or consulting within pharma/biotech
• Strong experience with secondary data analytics and predictive analytics
• Familiarity with primary market research methodologies
• Proficiency with analytics and visualization tools; exposure to Python, R, or SAS is a plus
