Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director, Benefit Strategist.

Key Responsibilities

• Educate employers and stakeholders on actuarial plan design and health-system navigation
• Develop and present actuarial and financial modeling to forecast plan performance
• Design plan enhancements and generate client-specific actuarial deliverables

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative discipline
• 5+ years of experience in health benefit financial analysis or related fields
• Experience serving as a strategic medical benefit lead for large employer groups
• Proven experience analyzing and modeling benefit and utilization data
• Solid understanding of health care risk management principles and benefit operations
