A company is looking for an Associate Director/Senior Associate Director of Business Analytics in Rheumatology (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct advanced analytics to support brand planning and promotional resource allocation
• Liaise between Marketing and Sales to develop business tactics and strategies
• Lead the development of targets and segments aligned with business strategy

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with seven years or Master's degree with five years of analytic experience
• Proficiency in developing and communicating analytical plans
• Experience with advanced analytical techniques and customer segmentation
• Familiarity with digital analytics and campaign performance analysis
• Proficiency in analytical tools such as R/Python, SAS, SQL, and Excel
