Associate Director, CDx Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director, CDx Lead.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead multiple CDx projects from scoping to launch, ensuring alignment and accountability across teams
• Develop detailed project plans and manage project risks while motivating the team towards achieving goals
• Serve as the primary contact for internal and external partners, providing technical support and insights on CDx projects

Qualifications:

• Masters in a science, engineering, or related technical field with at least 8 years of relevant experience, or a Ph.D. with at least 4 years of experience
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a matrixed or multidisciplinary team environment
• Experience in managing complex projects within the molecular diagnostics or pharma industry
• Knowledge of product design control and risk assessment in a regulated environment
• Understanding of companion diagnostics and NGS, with leadership skills in managing specialized teams
