Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director of Client Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of client managers to enhance client engagement and service delivery
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients while managing escalations and ensuring timely issue resolution
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support client success strategies and drive business outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent is a plus
• 10+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Services, with at least 5+ years in a leadership role
• Strong background in managing enterprise B2B client relationships, preferably in HRTech, SaaS, or professional services
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive business resolution outcomes
• Experience working in a global MNC and managing remote teams effectively
