Job Summary
A company is looking for an Associate Director of Client Management.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of client managers to enhance client engagement and service delivery
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients while managing escalations and ensuring timely issue resolution
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support client success strategies and drive business outcomes
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent is a plus
- 10+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Services, with at least 5+ years in a leadership role
- Strong background in managing enterprise B2B client relationships, preferably in HRTech, SaaS, or professional services
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive business resolution outcomes
- Experience working in a global MNC and managing remote teams effectively
