Associate Director, Client Partnership

Job Summary

To support a growing client portfolio, the remote Associate Director, Client Partnership will develop media strategies, foster client relationships, and drive alignment across cross-functional teams while ensuring cohesive and high-quality deliverables.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with senior clients to create annual media strategies that align with business objectives and drive growth
• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure integrated media strategies and maintain high-quality standards in client deliverables
• Proactively identify client needs and opportunities, resolving issues and enhancing client satisfaction and retention

Required qualifications

• 5-7+ years of experience in client partnership, account management, or media within an agency environment, particularly in B2B and Enterprise
• Proven experience in media planning, campaign execution, and performance analysis
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders
• Strong organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple complex workstreams simultaneously
• Experience mentoring junior team members, with direct people management experience being a plus
