Key Responsibilities

• Support the development of data acquisition, standardization, and analytics strategy
• Provide cross-functional liaison services to ensure timely delivery of initiatives
• Lead change management efforts and mentor team members to improve capabilities

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree in computer sciences or related field with a minimum of eleven years of experience, or a Master's degree with nine years of experience
• Intermediate skills in data management and programming languages such as R and Python
• Knowledge of clinical development processes and data governance methodologies
• Experience with BI platforms and cloud infrastructure
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and work in a cross-functional environment
