Job Summary
A company is looking for an Associate Director, Clinical Development Operations to provide leadership and oversight for multiple global clinical trials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as an SME for clinical program strategy and liaison between project teams, CDO staff, and external stakeholders
- Develop operational standards and ensure consistency in execution among programs
- Collaborate with project managers to develop and maintain program timelines and communicate proposed efficiencies and challenges
Required Qualifications:
- B.S. degree required
- 6-8 years of relevant Clin Ops experience
- Experience with rare genetic diseases, acute epilepsy, or inpatient studies is a plus
- Experience with CNS/Oncology within Phase II-Phase III
- Proven experience with training staff on analytical test methods and technologies
