Associate Director Clinical Program Management

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director Global Clinical Program Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and lead operational strategy, planning, risk assessment, and delivery of obesity clinical trial programs globally
• Manage Global Trial Managers and oversee clinical program budgets in collaboration with Therapeutic Area and Finance
• Support and lead the Global Clinical Study Team, ensuring high-quality clinical trials are delivered on time and within budget

Required Qualifications

• Doctorate degree with 3 years of relevant experience, or Master's degree with 5 years, or Bachelor's degree with 7 years, or Associate's degree with 12 years, or High school diploma/GED with 14 years of relevant experience
• 10+ years of work experience in life sciences or medically related field, including 8 years in bio-pharmaceutical clinical research
• 4+ years of direct line management experience
• Experience managing clinical programs and oversight of clinical research vendors
• Substantial experience in biotechnology and/or pharmaceutical clinical research with strategic planning responsibilities
