Job Summary

Leading the operational delivery of complex clinical programs, the full-time Associate Director Clinical Program Management will ensure quality and speed in executing multiple clinical studies while managing teams and aligning cross-functional priorities in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead operational planning and delivery of clinical studies, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards
• Proactively identify and mitigate delivery risks, guiding course-corrections to maintain study progress
• Line-manage Study Delivery Leads, fostering high performance and overseeing program-level issues and resolutions

Required qualifications

• Doctorate degree and 3 years of clinical execution experience OR
• Master's degree and 7 years of clinical execution experience OR
• Bachelor's degree and 9 years of clinical execution experience OR
• Associate's degree and 12 years of clinical execution experience OR
• High school diploma/GED and 14 years of clinical execution experience
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a leadership role managing teams or projects
