Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director, Clinical Site Startup and Engagement Process Excellence & Delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans for Clinical Site Startup & Engagement to drive operational efficiencies
• Build new capabilities by developing and updating standard operating practices, tools, and templates
• Implement process optimization and ensure compliance with quality standards across clinical trials

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or international equivalent required; Life Sciences preferred; advanced degree highly desirable
• 7+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry or clinical research organization
• Direct operational experience in pharmaceutical drug development and clinical development
• Knowledge of FDA and ICH-GCP guidelines for conducting clinical research
• Experience in people leadership and managing global teams
