Associate Director, Clinical Vendor Governance

Job Summary

Driving execution and managing complex initiatives, the full-time remote Associate Director, Clinical Vendor Governance will oversee clinical vendor governance processes, develop business cases, and establish performance metrics to ensure operational effectiveness and accountability.

Key responsibilities:

• Operate and execute the clinical vendor/provider intake, evaluation, and governance process
• Lead evaluation of new clinical vendor solutions, developing business cases and implementation plans
• Establish performance measurement strategies for clinical vendors and monitor outcomes to drive accountability

Required qualifications:

• 3+ years of healthcare experience
• 3+ years of experience in project, program, vendor, or provider management
• 3+ years of experience managing multiple complex initiatives simultaneously
• Proven experience translating strategy into execution with measurable outcomes
• Solid analytical and financial acumen, with experience using data to inform decisions
