Associate Director, Clinician Network

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director, Clinician Network to lead the strategic growth and operations of its global clinician network.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee operations management and enhance service delivery in CNS therapeutic areas
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to implement quality training and data analysis programs
• Manage departmental staff, including recruitment, onboarding, and development

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of clinical trials operations experience in a Pharmaceutical, Biotech, or CRO environment
• BA/BS degree (relevant Master's degree preferred)
• Strong knowledge of traditional neuropsychological/psychological assessment tools
• 10+ years of successful mid to large size team management
• Proven ability to recruit, mentor, and develop high-performing teams
