Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Associate Director, Commercial Consulting will manage project capabilities and proposal development, assist clients in maximizing commercial success through strategic problem solving and market research, and ensure effective communication within the team.

Key responsibilities

• Manage project capabilities and proposal development by collaborating with the project team to conduct relevant research and identify information gaps
• Bring structure to undefined problems, scope problem-solving approaches, and manage execution while effectively delegating tasks
• Conduct primary research interviews to extract insights and prepare project deliverables for senior review in a timely manner

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of direct experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry, with a focus on consulting
• Strong critical thinking skills and knowledge of healthcare market dynamics in major markets (US, EU5, Japan)
• Experience working with commercial leaders in New Product Planning, marketing, or commercial analytics
• Demonstrated ability to think strategically and communicate business impact effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
