Associate Director, Compliance Analytics

Job Summary

Driving data-informed insights, the full-time Associate Director, Compliance Analytics will lead the development of a risk-based compliance monitoring model, integrating diverse data sources and collaborating cross-functionally to enhance compliance program effectiveness in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic partner, enhancing monitoring effectiveness and compliance program performance through data-informed insights
• Lead the advancement of a risk-based compliance monitoring model, identifying trends and emerging risks using transactional monitoring and data analytics
• Oversee the execution of monitoring and analytics strategies, providing actionable visibility into compliance risks for leadership

Required qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience in compliance, risk management, data analytics, or a related field within pharma/biotech or healthcare
• Experience supporting compliance monitoring, analytics, or risk assessment programs
• Strong analytical capabilities with experience in large, complex datasets and data visualization tools
• Working knowledge of healthcare compliance requirements, such as the Anti-Kickback Statute and Sunshine Act
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative, scientific, or business discipline; advanced degree preferred
